Why I get 1.5Mbps only using Fast.com but I get faster than that while using Speedtest?

You might want to know why U Mobile/Yes 4G does like as mentioned in title? Here is why.

The data plan you are subscribing to has SD video streaming limit applied (up to 1.5Mbps for both telcos). This applies to:
- U Mobile: GX12/GX30/GX38/GX50/GX68/P78/P99 (and plan that has Video-Onz)
- Yes 4G: Konfem Unlimited SD Epik

YouTube & Netflix is included in SD video streaming limit. Since Fast.com servers are powered by Netflix, you only can get up to 1.5Mbps.

The only way to bypass the 1.5Mbps limit is to use a VPN app.
