Here is Huawei Manager 4.2 BETA made/modded by said guy above.

Functions:
- Should supports nearly every Huawei modems
- Manage your Huawei modem instead of using web browser
- Lock to specific 3G & 4G LTE band
- Lock to specific 4G+/LTE-A/Carrier Aggregation bands (if your modem supports it).
- View info for Carrier Name/WAN IP address/RSRP/RSRQ/SINR/RSSI/RSCP/ECIO/Bandwidth/Data Usage (cumulatively).

Notes:
- ANDROID only! Look elsewhere for iOS version.
- It is NOT POSSIBLE to lock your Huawei modem to a specific cell tower (eNB) using this app!
- For Huawei B310, reading of PCI, Cell ID, bandwidth isn't available due to (i believe) B310's software limitations.
- Set up first your Huawei modem IP address (usually 192.168.8.1) & webui credentials using router icon & user icon on top right corner of the app respectively.
