In this post, I gonna list Tourist SIMs that are available to foreigners visiting Malaysia. I gonna update this very frequently as I got new info coming in.
Generally, you need a phone that supports these bands for most of the networks in Malaysia (except unifi Mobile):
- 2G/GSM: 900MHz & 1800MHz
- 3G: Band 8 900MHz & Band 1 2100MHz
- 4G/LTE: Band 3 1800MHz & Band 7 2600MHz

- RM25 for 7 days
Comes with 5GB hi-speed data, 10GB basic (64Kbps) internet
- RM50 for 14 days
Comes with 10GB hi-speed data, 10GB basic (64Kbps) internet

U Mobile Tourist SIM
Basically this SIM is a rebranded prepaid plan for tourists.
There are two packages available:
- 7 Days unlimited data for RM12
- 30 Days unlimited data for RM30

- Speeds are capped to 3Mbps for both download and upload on both packages.

One package is available:
- RM50 for 7 days
100GB hi-speed internet

- Uses Digi network
unifi mobile Travel Pass
There are two packages available:
- RM30 for 7 days pass
- RM60 for 15 days pass
More info:
- Both packages comes with RM5 preloaded credit & unlimited hi-speed data
- You need a device that supports LTE band 5 (main), 38, 40.
- Roams on Celcom network for 4G LTE (partially, few places) / 3G / 2G
